Planning permission has been secured for what will be a fantastic addition to this character property in the Peak Park. The already stunning Victorian building features large living spaces, with smaller ancillary rooms which historically would have been staffed by the servants. The project looks to open up some of the former servant’s rooms to create a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, and to construct a new rear extension for a Utility, WC and Lobby area into the newly refurbished open-plan space.
