Houses have ranged in sale price from circa £200,000 to £750,000, with plots ranging from a single dwelling to 4 and 6-house plots.

Drawing packages were taken through the approval processes for Building Regulations and SAP assessments, onto construction. All new schemes were designed to UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards, and by directly appointing a Technologist, Client’s made a significant saving on Architect’s fees.

Where I believe we differ from the norm is that we are heavily focussed on the needs of the developer in terms of providing extremely well-detailed drawing packages. A lack of competent construction detailing can be the breaking point of an otherwise successful project. We recognise the importance of providing high-quality detailing and this has been acknowledged by the contractors we have worked with.

We are more than happy meet up and quote for architectural packages to all RIBA Stages of Work. We are also available to take over on previously designed schemes for developers seeking a company that specialises in construction detailing and later-stage design.
